The businessman who often traveled from Geneva to Paris…

Sounds like a fairy tale or a made-up advertising story? - But it isn't! Oliver Strauss, the founder of myBagFactory and “Mr. Fergé” used to travel from Geneva to Paris on business. Since he always had to take luggage with him during this time, he had to carry a lot of suitcases and Travel bags After seeing this, he came up with the idea of further developing the luggage. He wanted new, unconventional products with elegant design and high-quality workmanship, yet still at affordable prices.

A blend of French aesthetics and Swiss functionality. So he began developing these products according to his vision and began searching for a production partner that could meet his high quality standards. Not only was the design of the products and the quality of the suitcases important to him, but he also placed great value on fair and sustainable production!

After a long search for the right partner and an even longer development phase, the first Fergé suitcases have finally arrived on the market and in the MyBagFactory shop. These are precisely the innovative Suitcase Made of high-quality materials with a sophisticated design in many beautiful colors for every travel enthusiast or business person, as “Mr. Fergé” had imagined.

ABS, PC…What?

Suitcases come in many different sizes, shapes, and colors, and everyone knows what they personally like. But what many don't realize is that there are also many different materials used to make suitcases. The most well-known and commonly used materials for hard-shell suitcases are ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer), which is often coated with PC (polycarbonate), and aluminum.
