Ideally, care should be applied at least twice a year with a suitable leather oil, leather balm, leather milk, or leather cream. The bag should be protected from prolonged sunlight or heating and stored in a dry, well-ventilated place when not in use. Light soiling can be removed with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
