How to customize bags & suitcases
Here you'll find an overview of all the items you can customize at my-BagFactory. If you'd like to quickly read all the information about the many ways to customize your desired product, simply click here.
First, select the right leather bag, leather accessory, or suitcase. Since not all accessories and bags are suitable for all suggested customization methods, our configurator can show you the possible variants for the selected item directly in the product view. On the product details page, click the "Customize now" button, located directly below the "Add to cart" button. Our configurator will open, where you can select your desired process. Here, you can also see a sample preview of the customized product. The prices for customization are displayed directly in the configurator and depend on the size, material used, and time required.
Embossed with initials
Depending on the model, you can choose from various customization options. This allows you to create your own personalized bag. Our leather products can be embossed with your desired initials. This can be done either as a standard blind embossing or with gold and silver embossing for those who want something a little more unusual. We've been offering this option for selected products since this year. A gold foil is placed between the burning iron and the bag. The foil dissolves during the embossing process and remains in the recesses, creating a beautiful gold or silver-colored customization.
The temperature and applied pressure must also be just right and are crucial for the embossing result. To achieve the desired deformation, the metal must be at a certain temperature; on the other hand, too much heat damages the leather. We love hot stamping, as it's certainly the most common and subtle finishing technique for leather!
Typically, the initials are placed centered on the front of the product. A sample image is included.
You can have our suitcase products personalized with airbrushing—either with letters or a beautiful motif from our gallery. Simply enter your desired initials in the field below. Start shopping now and design your first custom leather bag! Then simply add it to your shopping cart and wait for your beautiful, personalized product to arrive.
