Are you not satisfied with the product or have you changed your mind about the purchase?

You have the right to return your goods within 30 calendar days of delivery. You are welcome to state your reason for return, but this is not mandatory. If you have experienced any inconvenience with the shipment, we apologize for any inconvenience.

The return procedure described above is myBagFactory's recommended return method. If you choose a different return method, please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Please also note that you are responsible for the condition of the goods until we receive them. Therefore, please ensure that they are packaged securely. We also recommend that you obtain a shipping receipt as proof of shipment in case of loss or damage during shipment. Please also retain your receipt for this purpose until the return is complete.

Returned items must be in their original condition . In the case of signs of wear, we may be entitled to charge for any resulting loss of value.

Unfortunately, customized products cannot be returned.

How do you proceed with damaged goods?

If your ordered goods arrive damaged, please contact DHL Customer Service first. You must report any damage to your shipment in writing to a DHL branch within 7 days.
