Are you unhappy with the product or did you simply change your mind about buying it?
Within thirty calendar days of delivery oft he products, you have the right to return your goods. You are more than welcome to state your reason for the return; however, this is not obligatory.
If you have previously had any inconvenience with the shipment, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize to you.
How can you return an item without charge?
1. Create a return label

2. Pack the products
We strongly encourage you to use the original box to avoid any unnecessary waste of packaging. In this case please make sure that the original label is removed or covered.
3. Create your DHL package label
4. Send your package
Drop your return into any available drop-off locations.
5. Wait for return confirmation and refund
As soon as we have received your return, you will be informed of the return by mail. You will then receive a refund to your originally chosen payment method.
Is there anything you should be aware of when returning goods?
Please note that the return procedure described above is the recommended return method of myBagFactory. If you choose a different return method, please note that in this case the cost of returning the goods will be at your expense.
Furthermore, please note that you are responsible for the condition of the goods until we have received them. You should therefore ensure a secure packaging. We also recommend having a proof of delivery issued so that you have proof in the event of loss or damage during shipment. For these purposes, please also keep your invoice until the return is completed.
The returned items must be in their original condition when being returned. In the event of any signs of use, we are possibly entitled to invoice the reduction in value caused by this.
Unfortunately, customized products cannot be returned.

What should you do if you receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact DHL Customer Service first. You need to report any damage to your shipment in writing to a DHL branch within 7 days. You can find the required form and further information about a damaged shipment here: DHL Resolving problems with my parcel
