Leather and sustainability – do they go together?
In Hinduism, the predominant religion in India, cows are considered sacred. We respect that fully. So where does the leather come from? However, there are also around 120 million Muslims living in India, and they use cattle for food and for the clothing industry. For comparison, Germany has a population of just over 80 million. Each of our bags is made from the raw leather of these cattle raised for food production. This respect is reflected in our valuable and durable bags.

Our leather is processed with care and precision; it is chrome-free, nickel-free and, in the case of selected products, vegetable-tanned. (Details provided for each item).
Leather: a living material with character.
It accompanies its owners for many years, adapts to them and, like fine wine, gets better with age. The result is a unique piece full of charm. Should life ever get a bit too rough, we offer a repair service for our leather goods. Repairs are free of charge within the warranty period; after that, we repair them at a fair price.
