Many people are now working from home (if they can), children are no longer allowed to go to school, and many businesses have closed. We can and should now only contact most of our colleagues, relatives, and especially our friends digitally for the time being. Nevertheless, we will overcome this crisis by all sticking together and adhering to the guidelines! Above all, we want to assure you that we are still here for you and will do everything we can to provide you with the service you are used to.

And even though the myBagFactory team won't be together in the office for the time being, we want to show team spirit and help out.

Together we have decided to support the non-profit project WirHelfen.eu . The WirHelfen platform is a central, non-profit hub for neighborhood assistance. Anyone who is healthy and not in a high-risk group can offer their help on the website https://wirhelfen.eu/ . You can show your willingness to help without registering. As a helper, you can then go shopping, look after children, or share other essential items. Anyone in your area who needs your help can then quickly and easily find you on the map on the WirHelfen website.

However, it is not only important that people offer their help, but also that those who need it actually get it. Therefore, we want to call on everyone (especially older, vulnerable or vulnerable people (e.g. single parents)) to use the WirHelfen platform! Accept the help that you currently need. You can also support WirHelfen by informing your friends and acquaintances about the service. It is more important than ever to raise awareness and take responsibility for others. Many people are still unfamiliar with this platform and older people in particular are hesitant to accept help or even ask for it. Help from outside is not a sign of weakness - quite the opposite, it serves the well-being and protection of everyone.

This is how we want to be there for you

As a team, we want to be there for you in the near future and, above all, ensure everyone's safety. Therefore, we've been working from home for a few days now. On our social media channels, we want to give you tips on how we can all survive the coming period and help each other. We'll also be sharing great DIY ideas, recipes, and activities for passing the time at home. Check out our Instagram and Pinterest pages for more information :)

Last but not least, we will also accommodate you in terms of service. Our logistics center will continue to work with strict security measures to ship your order as quickly as usual. Please note, however, that due to the current circumstances, delivery times may be slightly longer by 1-2 business days. We therefore ask for your understanding.

Nevertheless, we would like to encourage you to continue ordering from us. We have also postponed our return deadline until the end of 2020 until further notice. This gives you plenty of time to return your product if necessary. We want to make life easier for you during this exceptional situation and, above all, save you unnecessary trips to the post office.

So let us all stick together in this challenging situation.
