Tips for leather care:
Depending on the model, our wallets are made of smooth leather or slightly brushed buffalo leather. Both materials are high-quality and durable – with proper care, they'll stay beautiful for a long time.
Care of smooth leather:
Smooth leather should be cared for regularly to prevent drying out, fading, wear, and water stains. Treatment with suitable leather grease, leather balm, leather milk, or leather cream is recommended at least twice a year. Light soiling can be removed with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat from radiators, and store the wallet in a dry, well-ventilated place when not in use.
Care of roughened leather (e.g. nubuck or suede):
For wallets made of slightly roughened leather, special care products are suitable for preserving their velvety surface. Use a suede brush or pad, a special leather cleaner, a soft sponge or cloth, and a waterproofing spray suitable for suede. Gently brush the wallet regularly to remove dust and dirt. After cleaning, waterproofing is recommended to protect it from moisture and dirt. Important: Do not use leather creams or greasy care products, as these can alter the structure of the suede. Store in a dry, airy place and avoid direct sunlight or heating.
