If you did not receive an order confirmation by e-mail, it could have the following reasons:
a.) Perhaps you did not enter your e-mail address correctly.
b.) It could be that the email has ended up in your spam folder.
c.) The ordering process was not completed correctly.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment (except purchase on account). If you pay by PayPal or Sofortüberweisung, the item will be shipped at the latest on the next workday - provided it is in stock.
Within Germany you will normally receive your order within 2-4 working days after dispatch.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail after your goods have been shipped. This email will contain all the details of your shipment (tracking number, carrier, and estimated delivery date) so you can track your shipment.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to track a shipment if it is sent by large letter. However, the goods will be delivered within 10 days.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You are not completely satisfied with your delivery and want to return it? Then please contact our customer service by e-mail, they will generate a return label for you as quickly as possible.
Once your returning items have arrived at the warehouse and been processed, you will be given a full refund.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or if you prefer a different size, you must return it as described in the return information and instead place a new order for the desired item.
Customized articles are excluded from exchange.

No, unfortunately, customized items cannot be returned, since it is a custom-made product.
If you have received a coupon code, you can redeem it directly during the ordering process.
To do so, please enter the coupon code into the corresponding field, within the shopping card. The value of the voucher is then deducted from the total amount of the purchase. Please note that vouchers generally have a validity period. This is always indicated directly next to the code.
